Jira cloud app integrated with slack

Hi guys, I a question, I am Jira admin on both slack and Jira, I have installed the Jira cloud app on slack and connected it with Jira, however when I press the add to issue in Jira could it say it has done it successfully however when I go to the ticket I do not see the comment on the ticket? any help would be grateful, I have messaged Ceverson70, on MacAdmins as well.

Does anyone know why this is even though I have got the right permission?

@habib rahman - what's this MacAdmins.org all about? It's interesting that there's a link to their Slack but no explanation of what it is. 😜

EDIT: Ah, I had to click into Podcasts then About to see what they're about... anyway, I would add context into your Slack link before pasting it alongside your support question, otherwise others might be confused (like me).
