Transition. Validator. Check two data fields?

Hello,

I have a transition to status CLOSED.

The transition screen has RESOLUTION field with three options to choose:

- obsolete

- finished

- declined

If the resolution chosen is "finished" and a custom filed FIELD-XYZ is empty, then the transition should stop.

How can I make it?

You'll need to find an app that can provide a "validator" for that.  Either one that codes for it directly or one of the scripting ones that can provide a place where you can write the code.

If you had Scriptrunner for example, then the code for a validator could be as simple as
