XML blocks?

Hello,

Have anyone seen this before? I've got this issue in 2 different cases in jira-service-desk, the customer has added a comment and it looks like the attached pictures (grey xml blocks). Any idea how to remove and solve this issue? Skärmavbild 2021-02-12 kl. 12.06.38.png
