Copying/Pasting the screenshots from clipboard to the description and comments stopped working

Question

Copying and pasting the screenshots from clipboard to the description or comments no longer works.

It is not browser-specific as I have tested it with chrome and firefox.

It started to stop working either yesterday or today.

Please have it a priority and fix it ASAP.

I have just identified that some settings in my Chrome prevent me for pasting pic's to the Jira text container, but when using Edge it works fine.

Hi @Ji Li ,

I'm sorry you've had this experience while trying to paste images. There was an issue with pasting images over the last couple days, which should now be resolved. Refreshing any issues you may have open and trying to paste again should work successfully now.
