Edit JIRA Notification Template

Hello,

We are trying to upload JIRA notification templates.

In all notifications, we get next format: Avatar, Link - Name and action:Template.png

We would like to show only name of user without link.

Does anybody know how we can do that?

Hi @Timothy Chin,

Thank you for the answer. I already checked all these articles, however, I didn't find anywhere in which of all of these templates link to the user profile has been add - this is what I need to change.

You will have to go into the JIRA installation folder and change the velocity template.
