What is the benefit of enabling 2FA on both my Atlassian Account and my Bitbucket Account?

I currently have 2FA enabled on both my Atlassian ID and my Bitbucket. It seems a bit overkill to require this level of security.

It is specifically annoying as logging in requires 2 codes to be entered, one of which can be auto-populated with 1Password yet the second one (bitbucket) has to be done manually.

 

Is there any benefit to enabling 2FA on my bitbucket account, or should I just enable SSH keys and leave 2FA disabled and just keep it on my Atlassian ID?

I do personally,  on BB use SSH keys,  leave 2FA disabled, and use 2FA for Atlassian ID

Because sometimes to me it was other kill. 

In any situation I use ssh keys for git (gitlab, github, bitbucket )
