List of MYSQL collation supported

We are using "utf8_bin" collation, but it seems it is not supported and return and error in health check. We would like to modify it but I cannot find the list of all supported collation by jira. 

Does anyone knows a supported collation with asian character (jp/cn) support ?

I am not sure about the jp/cn support
