Is there any know issues while using Azure Application GW Version2 with WAF enabled?

The arm templates has configuration for GW version1 without WAF. Did someone tried using V2 gateways?

If you are trying to install Jira Data Center on Azure and looking to use WAF v2 Application Gateway, No issues you can go ahead and configure it

With what? You've mentioned Jira in the labels, but there's nothing about any Atlassian stuff in your question.
