why columns selected = 2 ? I select "Reference" only

From the screenshot I can tell you are using our app - Advanced Portal Reports. We provide support for it using our support ticketing system - go to the Marketplace page of the app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/1219230 and click on the orange "Contact Us" button in the lower right corner.
