Webhook registered twice

Hello

I registered a webhook for when an issue is created, but sometimes when I refresh the issue-view page, the webhook is re-registered, and the entries are saved into my database severally.

Pls, how can I stop this.

You could try upsert operation in the database to prevent duplicates incase you are getting multiple webhooks for the same issue.
