DMARC VALIDATION CHECK - How can i change status of a mail?

many mails are "rejected" for "DMARC validation check" in my Jira Service Manager.

how can i configure it?

@Sol Palma - take a look at this article from Atlassian about DMARC. They have a few suggestions that will help with email deliverability.
