Improper error message

I'm having some issue when a ticket is moved from status "A" to "B". The error message that appears is "We cannot move this occurrence at this moment".

It says that i need schedule permission and i have no ideia where to find this.

Any help will be appreciated

OBS: When i try to move, it happen, but i still receiving the error message.

The reason "Schedule Issue permission" is required is because when you add/remove issue into sprint then not only you change the Sprint field (edit permission) but you also change the Rank of the issue. And this is where "Schedule issue permission" comes into picture, under the hood it seems that Jira is using this permission for controlling as to who can change the rank of the issue.  It is found on the permission scheme.  Here is documentation on how to manage them.
