I have a new license, but I cannot install it in jira server. I activated Confluence and Bitbucket licenses.

JIRA Admin menu, system, License (in left menu)
Go to Admin -> System -> Licence.
Paste the key into the box.
If this does not work, please describe "cannot" - what is it doing that stops it working?
