disable notification when registering new users

Question

Hello everybody we are importing now and came across a problem that when importing each user is sent a notification, for us it is a problem. I found a solution description here -  but i can't disable this module. Please help with this =)

no problem in excluded notifications when importing users, not in the Project settings with project

i need disable Invite User notifications
