I am not able to access the functionality of Hierarchy configuration in Advanced Roadmap plugin.

I am not able to to access all of the functionality I need to test and configure for a particular project for Advanced Roadmaps Plugin.
I need to be able to configure 1. my Advanced Roadmaps Dependencies, 2. Advanced Roadmaps Hierarchy Configuration. I also need to be able to see my dependency report as well please

Please suggest some way to do this.

It seems you do not have permission for such configuration. If you're not the Jira-Admin, you have to reach out to one to allow the group you belong to, in order to access such configurations.
