Hlo Everyone,
Does Jira have the functionality for users to drag an attachment from a ticket and drop it directly into outlook or into a folder on a drive?
Anyone Please leave your thoughts ASAP!
Hi Roja,
not out of the box. There might be Apps that can accomplish that.
You could have a look into Marketplace if something suitable is among them.
Cheers,Daniel
Hi Daniel,
Thanks again!!
Can you please exact Addon which suits in this case pls.
I have no specific on hand that I could recommend - I'd like you to check if some specific is suitable.
I am not sure for the drag & drop part - maybe you can make something out of it:https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=outlook
Thanks DANIEL For the quick response.
