How to get only public comments

Hey,

I'm using JIRA rest API and getting issues with comments, but the comments

not showing if the comment is internal or not.

Is there a way to get only the "Share with customers" comments?

I know how to check if a comment is public or not, but I want to get it only with one REST call

according to this issue - I don't think it is possible to get it only with one REST call.
