How can I make other users see branches?

I am new to bitbucket. I created a project and a repository in  this project.

I created 2 branches in my repo and I gave admin access to a collaborator.

This collaborator sees my repo but only the master branch. I am very confused and was wondering what I have to configure/enable to make all branches visible to the collaborator.

Hi Lutz and welcome to the community!

Any user with access to a repo (no matter the type of access) should be able to view all branches.

We'll need some further info to figure out what the issue is.

Which page of the repo is the collaborator not seeing the branches?

Is it the Branches page, https://bitbucket.org/<workspace-id>/<repo-slug>/branches/ ?

If so, please note that by default this page shows branches that are ahead or behind master. If those new branches don't have any commits yet, they'll need to click the dropdown that shows "Active branches" and switch it to "All branches" to see the new ones.

If the issue is different, could you please give us some more details on where the issue occurs and perhaps a screenshot that demonstrates the issue? (Please make sure to blur any sensitive/private info from the screenshot)
