Bitbucket Pipelines with MSSQL database migration and .net core code

Hi, been searching a procedure how can we add or implement database migration of our .net core code using bitbucket pipelines?  As of now our codes ok using CI/CD of bitbucket pipelines, but we have right now db migrations.  If you can share some insights how can we implement it, that would be great.  Thank you so much.

Pipeline in script block allow you to execute any bash code.

I think there should be some utility that allows to execute migrations before the deploy.
