How to find number of TOTAL tickets assigned to specific agent or group?

Hi Team,

I want to know how many TOTAL tickets were assigned to a specific person or group?

WAS operator cannot be used with ASSIGNE

CHANGED TO will only give information about how many tickets were newly assigned to a person on the mentioned date.

E.g: I want to know total how many tickets were assigned to Raj during 01/10/2020 to 30/10/2020?

If I use CHANGED TO raj During ("2020/10/01,2020/10/30") then it will only give tickets which were newly assigned to Raj for the mentioned duration. There might be some tickets which were from the month of Sep and still assigned to Raj in the month of Oct.
