How can I get the project and all its fields with the values by API
example:
project-> teste
author-> Andre
resolution time-> 21:32:00

You might first have to fetch the issues that fulfil that criteria using a JQL and then go through those individual issues to get further details. I made plenty of videos on Jira REST API explaining how to perform these operations.
