two step verification email not received

I am trying to set up two step verification. As part of the steps, a verification email is sent to my email address. 

I have tried multiple times. But I am not receiving verification emails not even in my spam mail box.

What could be the issue?

Hi Dipak,

Could you please let me know:

• Are you trying to enable 2FA to the account with the same email as your Community account (the one you used to post this question)? If not, could you let me know what is the email of the account you want to enable 2FA for?
• Are you trying to enable 2FA for the Bitbucket Cloud account (in https://bitbucket.org/account/settings/two-step-verification/manage) or for the Atlassian account (https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/two-step-verification) ?
• Could you please try one more time, and let me know the date and exact time (plus your timezone) that you do this, so I can check our emails logs and see if any emails were sent?
