not allow to create ticket on a project

Hi everyone,

Hi have a problem with 2 projects : Users who can not browse the 2 projects can create tickets into it.

Whereas I have allowed only specific users to create tickets on the global permissions. How can I fix this problem ?

Hi Fiona,

Check the Create Issue permission in the Permission Scheme for those projects. A lot of times what happens is that a Project Role gets assigned to all users or something like that. And then that project role gets assigned to the Create Issues or Browse Project permissions.

I have already check but everything seem to be ok (see attached png, sorry it's in French). Users out from those groups can create tickets into this project.
