We are using EC2 instance to host BB application and I migrated it from one AWS account to another and made some configuration in bitbucket.properties file and database instance configuration file. pg_dba.conf .After that the application loaded but when I am trying to login I am unable to login with my AD credentials.
You can use the lockout recovery procedure to get in and see what's going on.
