Configuration error Pipe definition fetch error

Hi,

I am getting this error multiple times currently we are using 4.1.3 what is the best solution for this error

triggerScript: &triggerScript pipe:

atlassian/trigger-pipeline:4.1.3

P.S. It is recommended to use the newest version available.
