Jira: issue editor pin toolbar

Hello,

while editing text (eg description) of an issue and the text is getting longer and longer, the toolbar is not visible anymore and the user has to scroll to apply some formatting to the bottom of the text.

is it possible to "pin" the toolbar to the top of the visible viewport?

if this is possible, please suggest :-)
