Workflow - enable only Project Administrators the ability to Edit issue

Question

I would like to enable only admins to edit issue in certain stage in workflow, i have created following values:

But issue still can't be edited by admin user.

Another question is how to use: jira.issue.edit.projectrole, how can i find out what is the projectrole ID?

It looks correct, but as was mentioned in the linked issue a number of other users were suggesting that 'jira.permission.edit.group' wasn't working and to try 'jira.permission.edit.projectrole' instead.

Have you tried using projectrole instead?

I'm seeing a number of similar questions that seem to mention trying to use:

jira.permission.edit.projectrole

To answer your other question which I assume is related to having already seen some of these questions.  You will need to go to the admin cog and click on the 'system' menu option.

From there on the left hand menu select 'Project roles'.  Then, edit any role and the ID will be displayed in the URL for the page.
