Our end users meet time to time with next errors on Jira mobile app. We use Jira 8.5.8 and latest SLA powerbox.

Hi,

It looks you're using an older version of the SLA PowerBox. Please check version 3.5.0 where such issue does not exists. It can be downloaded from the Marketplace.

If the issue occurs in the latest version 3.5.0 please raise a ticket here
