Hi, Atlassian Community. 

I am a Jira Admin in development team. 

Today our team has grown rapidly reaching 47 people already. 

We plan to hold around 50 people, but we don't need 100 licenses. 

I want to manage licenses efficiently. If you have any know-how, I'd love to hear!

I'd like to recommend to use "Flexible User License" app. The app sets automatically the assignment of the licenses.
