Email notifications are off until 22/Sep/20 You've sent the maximum number of notifications

Hi everyone,

we implemented JiraService Desk in our company  but from this morning we receive this error message :

Email notifications are off until 22/Sep/20

You've sent the maximum number of notifications in 12 hours for your plan. Upgrade to keep collaborating with your team.

Do you know reach limit of mails notifications ? how can I resolve this error?

If you want notifications beyond what the Free tier offers, Notification Assistant for Jira is an alternative to upgrading to the paid plan: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211069/notification-assistant-for-jira-email?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

The email notifications for the Free plan are limited to 100 per day. If the maximum notifications are reached, then it’s paused until the next day.
