Je cherche une solution pour, à partir d'un mail entrant d'un client, l'analyser à partir de mots clés pour l'orienter sur la bonne personne en interne.

Hi,

When the client send you an email, a new request is created so you can add an automation rule. Go to Project Settings > Automation. Below you can find an example.
