customize it how exactly? I expect that you will not be able to achieve what you are looking to do but I can't say based upon your current post. The one thing you can do is to contact Atlassian Support and they can make a (1-time?) change to your instance URL which might result in meeting your goal. For example, lets say I have the following URL for my instance...
https://bigdogs.atlassian.net
and my portal is subsequently this...
https://bigdogs.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal
if I ask support to change my instance URL to this....
https://littledogs.atlassian.net
then my portal will be...
https://littledogs.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal
what you cannot do is to simply change your portal to be whatever you want. Not in Atlassian Cloud hosted anyway.
