How to see or link the other tickets in the jira ticket by same reporter

Question

Hello Team,

Do you know of a way to view other tickets submitted by a Reporter within a ticket? It would be really nice to quickly jump to a list of their tickets without having to search.

Thanks!

Lakshmi

Perfect @Gustavo Félix , We have scriptrunner. I will try this and let you know. Thank you for quick response Gustavo.

If you have ScriptRunner, you could add an scripted field of issuePicker type.
I think the issueFieldMatch function could work.

Try Issue Matrix from Botronsoft : https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212709/issue-matrix?hosting=server&tab=overview
