Out of Hours reporting

Hello We are trying to construct a report that shows how many ticket were created in working hours vs not, something like this maybe: 

Hour / Day:      day x | day y | day z

00:00-08:00        4    |    5     |   2

08:00-16:00        4    |    6     |   2

16:00-24:00        6    |    5     |   11

Or even just 

Hour / Day:      day x | day y | day z

9-5                      4    |    5     |   2

5-9                       4    |    6     |   2

 

Seems we will need to utilize some advanced scripting but not found anything. 

Any help would be appreciated

Hi @lee ,

There is no built-in solution in Jira. You can use Jira rest api to extract all issues, parse the json output and group them by creation hour.

We developed Status Time app. Its main functionality is to provide time passed on each statuses but it has the functionality to group issues by creation hour. It does not group according to your working hours but even grouping by each hour can help. Then you can export the result into excel and group according to your working hour.
