We recently upgraded our TEST environment from v8.5.1 to v8.11.1 and we noticed the HTML tags on field descriptions are no longer working. They just display as the tag such as <b>bold</b> Has anyone else seen this or know how to correct it? We use HTML quite a bit for helper text on our custom fields.

They are disable by default due to security issues from 8.7.
Though you can enable it easily. Check the link below.
Enabling it is not recommended. I would suggest to convince your users.
