How can I archive, hide issue from Jira new Gen Kanban board?

Done tickets on a Next-gen board will leave the board after they have been complete for 2 weeks. You can see more about changes to that area coming in the Next-gen roadmap here:

My problem is the following, I created an issue, it is in progress now but, there is no need to proceed, I do not want to delete or move it to backlog, I just want to hide, or archive and review it again in the feature if needed. Please advice.
