No expires login

We have a SMART TV with wallboard turned on almost 12h per day, we configure TV to Turn on and turn off in fixed hours and automaticaly open browser and call jira wallboard URL, but every day we receive the message with token expired and need to made a login again.

 

How we can made de session active forever?

Just change the TIMEOUT to something enormous, then you will only have to mess with it every month or year.

1. Open the web. xml file from the JIRA_INSTALL/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF directory in a text editor.
2. Locate the following lines, and change the value of session-timeout to the desired number in minutes: <session-config> <session-timeout>3000000</session-timeout> </session-config>

Of course you didn't let us know if you are cloud or on-prem server.  The above solution is for on prem.
