I want to export all my issues in records including resolves and ongoing one in format

I want to export all my issues in records including resolves and ongoing one in format and also I want the email ID of the person who have generated because I am able to generate them but in the column of email id there is some code coming so not sure how to resolve it.

* Which column are you checking for email id?
* What's the code that you're seeing? Does it start with QM?
