Please advise me which asset management system (plugin) allows you to associate a set of assets (from asset management system) with Organization from the Jira SD.

I would recommend looking into Insight Asset Management for Cloud. This allows you to push Jira fields into the Asset management tool to be attributes on the objects, but I am unsure whether you can leverage the "Organizations" field without custom API scripting. Hope this helps,
