How to check who has the added ISSUE ATTRIBUTES>>Resolution filed

I have deleted the View Resolution status as Done from Issue Attribute. But it has been added again. Need to know who/how it has been added.

Be careful here, you've said "Resolution status" which is totally unclear in Jira-speak because it is not a thing. Do you mean Resolution or Status?
