Unable to find "merge" button for approved pull requests

Hi,

After a pull request has been approved, some members of my team are able to see the "merge" button, while some don't. All the merge checks have been passed, and the users have write permissions to the repository (one of the admins is not able to see the "merge" button). Is this  a known issue? Is there a solution or a workaround?

I have observed this same situation recently and the "fix" for me was to open a new tab and then the Merge button appeared
