Is it possible to create a request type where different fields show up after selecting an option?

I would like to create a request type as follows (example).

Field Type 1: would contain 3 options

if I pick option 1, 5 different fields would show up

if I pick option 2, 3 different fields would show up

etc.

Hello @gabriela.lobo ,

I believe you would need some kind of application like Extension for Jira Service Desk to achieve this. Maybe there are more options, how to do it, but I didn't find any more.
