1、add a issue statistics gadget to a dashboard

2、select 'all issue' filter , Statistic Type:project , Show Resolved Issue Statistics : YES

3、the result is :

The Resolved Issue Statistics is wrong, the result is the percentage of a project issues in all projects, not the proportion of issue solved

No, that's correct.  I think you may be misunderstanding what the gadget is doing.

• You have a list of all the issues (176)
• You have chosen to show all issues, not just "unresolved" from that list. (So all 176)
• You have chosen to group them by project. 
• Your Demo project has 72 issues in it, which is 41% of 176.  Which is clearly correct.
• The problem is the very last line - you say "not the proportion solved".  But you did not ask the gadget for that!  You asked it for "all issues".

What you could do is think about:

• Grouping the issues by "resolution" or "status" instead of Project - these are indicators of whether an issue is solved or not. 
• Change the filter so that it only reports resolved (solved) issues.  Search for "resolution is not empty", save the search as a filter, then use it in the gadget. 

But I don't think either of those answer your question in full.  Could you explain exactly what you want from this reporting?
