I have a project where:
- named individuals have an administrators project role
- named individuals are users
- A group has a custom user role which permits read only access to the project which everyone in the organisation is part of
Some project admins are reporting they are unable to manage sprints but their project role role has that permission granted to them based on the permissions model so it's unclear why they're unable to access it.
Jira Administrators are unaffected and can do everything.
Any suggestions as to why those who are Project Administrators aren't given access to project admin capability?
