Greeting is there any way that we will get a backup which we deleted repo from our bitbucket account

Bitbucket doesn't keep backups for that purpose, our backups are kept for disaster recovery purposes only. We are not able to use our backups to restore repositories that have been deleted by an end-user. Since you ere using Git, you could try to recover it from a local copy in your or come colleague's computer.
