When I clicked the 'creat' to creat a issue and related it to an another one, I had to colse the current 'creat' window, and determined the related issuse information, then I could recreate the issuse.
So I wanted to solve it by opening the 'creat' button in a new tab, I modified the brower setting, but it seemed like that the modification did not work for JIRA. There is a solution that click mouse right button and then choose opening with new tab, but when facing large number of requirements, the solution will be noisy.
So, can I configure this fuction in JIRA?
