How can i remove duplicate contents from page in confluence

Isn't this a serious question?Otherwise, mark the duplicate content and press the delete button!
unable to delete when i mark the particular line then i'm getting create issue option and then comment option even tried to delete using delete button can't.
Can you open the editor?
