Error in CSV import

I'm trying to import a file with only one field (summary), but I got the follow error:

I tryed to find the issue inside the Jira protect, but the informations that I've imported, I cant find it.

Im trying to import with a next-gen project service desk.

@arlei Assuming you are trying to import a number of issues, the import file should follow this pattern:

But, it happened the same error: (the interesting thing is, I didnt receive the true error)

I choose the next gen project.

The Issue Key is not in the correct format. An issue key has the project key at the beginning, followed by a hyphen and then the incremental number of that issue.

Please refer to the example I posted, above.

Hi, my next gen project has a SUP key issue. Then I put in my CSV file, the follow issue key. SUP-48 and SUP-49, such as the next picture. I put the others steps util the same error.

Can you check the pictures? I dont know what I've made wrong.
