How to export and import watchers using CSV file.

Question

Hello all,

I have added watchers field in the column and exported the CSV file, but I am not able to see the watchers Column in the CSV file. How do I export and import watchers using CSV file?.

I have Jira system admin access and Project admin access and I have view watchers and manager watcher permissions in the project.

Hi @manikanta ch

I am using Cloud, not server... When I checked the server documentation, it notes that you should be able to export or import watchers.  For import, the user must already exist in your JIRA instance.  Please see this documentation for more info:

Hi @manikanta ch  you can export the watchers but you can't import via csv.
