I wanted to add the approve / decline buttons in Classic Service Desk Project notifications. This option doesnt seem to be available by default, is there any other mechanism to achieve it?
Are you just trying to configure your workflow for Approvals - set-up-approvals or are you asking to have an approval button in the email w/o having to go to Portal?
It seems to be the notification mail. I also cannot add a approval/decline button to the approval notification e-mail

unless it has changed, and cloud does change frequently, approval button w/in the notification is not supported. It is supported in Server.
